The Tuesday night Strength and Conditioning session is a welcome addition to the VPRC weekly meet ups. As well as putting the miles in running there is no better way to improving your running ability than to increase your core strength.
Since starting these sessions everyone who has attanded regularly all noticed great improvements in their running personal best times.
Its a Circuit Class designed session which is a tough workout but really great fun with loads of high5's and music to keep everyone pumped!
Dont worry if you haven't attended anything like this before, we will show you what you need to do and monitor you throughout the workout. You go at your own pace, this is not some crazy bootcamp, this is a safe and measured way of increasing your fitness levels. We just happen to make it loads of fun as well.
Obviously with these sessions you will not only feel fitter and healithier but look it too!
