Yes, it’s hard work, but hard work gets rewarded with results.

 

We have an equal amount of stations for the number of people in the class, this way everyone stays together as a tight group which helps with motivation and the atmosphere of the session.

 

The atmosphere is an important element; you can expect loads of encouragement and high5’s during the hour long class. We also have the best playlist around and anyone can add their own personal tunes.

 

Station format is a mix of body weight and resistance exercises that are set out to maximise your workout and achieve the best results possible.

 

You will spend about a minute at each station. Throughout the session I keep a close eye on everything and can offer help and advice so you will avoid injury and achieve the results you want.

 

It’s lots of fun and can result in a fantastic calorie burn of between 800 – 1000 calories. It will spike every sense in your body and make you feel awesome. Even when you’re cooling down at home your body will still be burning calories due to the design of each work station.
